November 4 & 5 - The Gleacher Center, Chicago, IL

The Center for Research in Security Prices (CRSP), at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, was founded in 1960 under the direction of Professors Lawrence Fisher and James Lorie. To commemorate CRSP’s 50 year anniversary, the theme for CRSP Forum 2010 is: Modern Finance – Past, Present and Future. In addition to the 90 planned high quality paper presentations, a very distinguished group will provide thought provoking keynote and panel presentations. The Forum 2010 sponsors will also host a networking reception on Thursday, November 4. This event, and the other Forum sessions, uniquely facilitates the dissemination of ideas and research across the academic and commercial communities.

Members of the Academic, Commercial and Government sectors are invited to submit papers to be considered for presentation at the CRSP Forum 2010. Papers citing CRSP data, on any topic related to finance and economics, will be given preferential consideration. CRSP will award $2,500 to the Best Paper as voted on by the attendees.

For consideration, please submit your complete papers to: forum@crsp.chicagobooth.edu no later than May 31, 2010. Submissions must include:
