Proxy Graph Product

Effective May 1, 2008, CRSP | Center for Research in Security Prices no longer produces stock performance graphs.  Zacks Investment Research currently holds an exclusive license for the use of the CRSP NASDAQ Historical Industry Indices and the CRSP Amex Historical Indices for this purpose.  Any publicly traded company who uses a 3rd party to produce their graph must be aware that the only authorized license of the CRSP indices is through Zacks.  Any other vendor purporting to provide CRSP indices is incorrect or is doing so without a license.

Notice regarding the use of the CRSP NASDAQ Historical Industry Indices by NASDAQ's listed issuers:  The use of the CRSP NASDAQ Monthly Historical Industry Indexes is limited to “internal use” by NASDAQ and its listed issuers.  “Internal use” is defined as the use only by the client (NASDAQ and its listed issuers) and its employees within a specific department or location.  Such use includes preparation of hardcopy reports (including proxy graphs and charts), but is not intended to be for further dissemination of the data in electronic form to or use in any way by any third parties for the construction of products or the provision of services.  This means that the CRSP NASDAQ Monthly Historical Industry Indexes may not be provided to any third party providing services (such as proxy preparation, accounting, or consulting) to a listed issuer.  Zacks Investment Research is the only vendor authorized by CRSP to produce stock performance graphs based on the CRSP NASDAQ Monthly Historical Industry Indexes.
