Important Information for CRSPSift Version 2.3 Users

The CRSPSift 2.3 software expired on June 30, 2010.  Subscribers will need to install CRSPSift 3.1, which was shipped in November 2009 .  Prior to installing the newer software version, remove your
old version by clicking on Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact CRSP User Support at Support@crsp.ChicagoBooth.edu or 312-263-6400, # 2.

Phone Support

CRSP phone support is available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central Time at 312.263.6400, option 2.

Email Support

Send email requests to support@crsp.ChicagoBooth.edu. User support requests must be received from an actively subscribing business or organization domain name with whom the user is affiliated. Requests received from generic email domains (i.e. hotmail accounts) will not be supported.
