CRSP Client Services

Welcome to CRSP Client Services. Support is available via phone or email to current subscribers of CRSP products. We are here to help you access your CRSP data and to resolve any questions you may have.

Phone Support

CRSP phone support is available weekdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central Time at 312.263.6400, option 2.

Email Support

Send email requests to support@crsp.ChicagoGSB.edu. User support requests must be received from an actively subscribing business or organization domain name with whom the user is affiliated. Requests received from generic email domains (i.e. hotmail accounts) will not be supported.
